Well,
here goes, my first blog post. I’ve done it…. I’ve finally
entered the world of blogging! I have been teaching for 11 years. Ten
amazing years were spent in kindergarten! I loved it! This is my 1st
year in first grade. I dreamed of making the move for several years
and this year I made the leap. So glad I did! I don't think I will
ever leave. I can't believe I get to wake up every day and drive to
the most fabulous place and spend the entire day with most wonderful
little people in the world. I am so lucky. Wow … that reminds me
that today is St. Patrick's Day. That tricky leprechaun sure was hard
to catch in the classroom. My kiddos really enjoyed making leprechaun
traps. I am ridiculously excited about blogging. Reading kindergarten
and first blogs has inspired me and given me so many fun and engaging
ideas to use in the classroom. I hope I can give back a few good
ideas. I have taken so many from others. I guess I'll see how this
